Who we are
We design and run corporate events across the UAE, and we travel across the GCC on request. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us through this website, and what the website collects on its own. It applies to workshops4fun.com and to enquiries that reach us from it.
The information you give us
Our enquiry form asks for your first name, last name, phone number, email address and a message. If you message us on WhatsApp instead, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and whatever you write to us. If you email or call us, we hold that correspondence.
The information the website collects on its own
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Between them they record the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links you click, your approximate location, and your device and browser. Microsoft Clarity also records a playback of mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on the page. We use this to understand the site, not to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They are set by Google Analytics, by Microsoft Clarity, by YouTube when a video on the site is played, and by Google Maps on our contact page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, and blocking them does not stop you contacting us.
What we use it for
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. If you go ahead, we use it to plan and run your event. We use the website measurement to see which pages are useful and to improve them. We may also email you about our other events. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Our own team, and the companies that run our website, our email, our customer records and our measurement tools. Where your event needs it, we share only what a supplier must have to do their part. A venue may need a headcount, or a transport partner a pickup time. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it is held, and for how long
Enquiries are held in our email and our customer records. We keep an enquiry while we are talking to you about it, and after that only for as long as our records and any legal or tax obligation require. Website measurement data is held by Google and Microsoft for a period set in those tools. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
Email care@workshops4fun.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We will answer any of these requests, and if we cannot do what you ask we will tell you why.
Children
This website is aimed at companies planning events, not at children. Children attend our family days. Any information about them reaches us from their employer, a parent or a guardian, never from the child.
Changes
If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top of this page.
