How many people can you host?

From 20 to 500 people. That is the range we publish for our CSR days, and team days, sports days and family days run at the same scale. Tell us your number and we plan for it.

Do you handle the venue, catering and decor?

Yes. We handle the venue, permits, transport, equipment, crew and the full risk assessment. Catering and decor are arranged through our suppliers.

Where in the UAE do you run events?

We run in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and we travel across the GCC on request.

How far in advance should we book?

Talk to us as soon as you have a date in mind. Larger groups and the busiest venues need the most notice.

How does the planning work?

You tell us the team, the date and the objective. We come back with ideas and a costed proposal. On the day, our crew runs it end to end.

How do you work to a budget?

Tell us the budget and we build the day inside it. We shape the format and the venue around your number, and the whole team still comes.
